Kevin Theriault started his career as a patrolman investigating and reconstructing traffic crashes and has over 800 hours of extensive training in motor vehicle crash reconstruction with an emphasis in Commercial Motor Vehicle Crashes and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

He has reconstructed over 800 crashes with approximately 90% involving Commercial Motor Vehicles.

He has qualified in numerous state and federal courts as an expert witness in crash reconstruction for both plaintiff and defense.

He is fully certified by the Accreditation Commission of Traffic Accident Reconstruction as a traffic crash reconstructionist and also certified by the Virginia Rider Training Program as a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Motorcycle RiderCoach.  He is certified as a Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) System Technician and Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Data Analyst.  He is a Fellow member of the American College of Forensic Examiners and holds a certificate as a Certified Forensic Consultant.  He also holds a certificate from the North America Transportation Management Institute as a Certified Director of Safety.

Kevin is an avid motorcyclist and a certified Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCoach.
